Recipe
- 1 tsp. Soar Organics Matcha
- 1/3 cup Hot Water
- 1/2 tsp. Reishi Mushroom Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder
- 1 cup Cashew/Almond Milk
- Honey (or other sweetener) to taste
- Optional: Collagen (helps balance blood sugars)
- Optional: Few drops of CBD oil
Directions
- Combine matcha, mushroom powders and hot water in a mug. Whisk together and set aside.
- Heat milk and honey over stovetop until well combined. (Optional: Add in your collagen and CBD).
- Add milk and honey to your matcha/mushroom mixture. Sip slowly and enjoy the benefits!
