• Ceremonial Matcha: 35-40mg caffeine per 1g matcha
• Everyday Matcha: 35-40mg caffeine per 1g matcha
• Culinary Matcha: 18-20mg caffeine per 1g matcha

The caffeine found in matcha has a much slower release than a caffeine spike you might get from a typical cup of coffee. This is because the caffeine in matcha forms bonds with its numerous nutrients, including the amino acid L-Theanine, to promote a clean, steady and calming boost of energy.

Matcha powder quality can deteriorate when exposed to air and light for extended periods of time. This process is called oxidation and no one wants that!

• Unopened tins or pouches: Store in a cool, dry place (like a cupboard).
• Opened tins or pouches: Ensure the lid or zipper is sealed tightly and store in the fridge for maximum freshness.

Matcha is best if consumed within 2-3 months after opening the original packaging.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Orders below $50 will be assessed a shipping fee between $5-$12 depending on your cart total and shipping address.

We also offer an expedited shipping option at checkout for an additional cost.

We ship your orders using UPS, Purolator and Canada Post. Shipping carrier will vary depending on your shipping address.
