How To Use

Best used for perfect matcha lattes, but versatile enough for just about any use. Matcha latte instructions:

  1. Sift ½ tsp. matcha powder into bowl or cup.
  2. Pour 60ml (2oz) hot water onto the powder. For best results use water just under a boil.
  3. Whisk thoroughly until your matcha tea forms a frothy layer.
  4. Heat or steam 1 cup of your favourite milk over medium heat and add to matcha.
  5. Optional: Add a sweetener of your choice.

Yum yum yum!

I decided to try the every day and the ceremonial and they did not disappoint. I would say that for the quantity this is truly a bang for your buck situation which is hard to find with good quality matcha; if you don't care to spend the extra bucks on ceremonial I would say this is a fabulous substitute, especially if you're putting milk and sweetener in it. It's the perfect balance of umami and sweetness!

Earthy yet smooth Green Tea
