Best used for perfect matcha lattes, but versatile enough anything! Matcha latte preparation instructions:

  1. Sift ½ tsp. matcha powder into bowl or cup.
  2. Pour 60ml (2oz) hot water onto the powder. For best results use water just under a boil.
  3. Whisk thoroughly until your matcha tea forms a frothy layer.
  4. Heat or steam 1 cup of your favourite milk over medium heat and add to matcha.
  5. Optional: Add a sweetener of your choice.

The smoothest and most flavorful matcha!

This is my favorite matcha! I forgot to order a backup last time and tried buying a different brand at the health food store, but it just didn't have the same flavor and smoothness that this has. I'm hooked and hope to always have this on hand for my morning latte.

Amazing. This matcha is incredible. I alternate everyday between matcha and hochija and the everyday matcha is perfect! Quality so super good and I honestly don’t notice a huge difference from the ceremonial grade vs the everyday! Speaks highly of their quality!
