I love this matcha. It whisks up beautifully and makes the perfect latte or traditional matcha. This has quickly become part of my daily routine and gives me calm, focused energy.
I bought 2 bags of this matcha recently and absolutely loved it. It has an excellent rich flavour and aroma but not overpowering. The color is vivid green and smells extremely pleasant. Highly recommend giving this a try if you are looking for an authentic organic matcha.
If you like matcha that is packed with umami then this is for you! The Kirishima variety (which I tried first) leans more sweet compared to the Uji, but you can't go wrong with either. My only gripe is that the price has skyrocketed like crazy in the last few months, but I understand that the matcha shortage is putting pressure on small businesses. A definite repurchase.
Smooth and slightly sweet. The quality and taste is impeccable.
