Soar Organics Uji Ceremonial Matcha is a connoisseur favorite. Masterfully grown in historic Uji, Kyoto, this first harvest matcha can be appreciated for its vibrant green colour, deliciously smooth flavour and rich nutritional profile. Only the youngest, shade-grown leaves are picked for this classification of matcha. Their stems and veins are entirely removed before being slowly stone ground into a very fine, delicate powder.

How To Use

Best used in traditional matcha tea or super premium matcha lattes. Matcha tea instructions:

  1. Sift ½ tsp. matcha powder into bowl or cup.
  2. Pour 60ml (2oz) hot water onto the powder. For best results use water just under a boil.
  3. Whisk thoroughly until your matcha tea forms a frothy layer.
  4. Add more hot water to desired taste.

Excellent Tea

I have been enjoying the Matcha tea. I usually have one or two cups a day, sometimes going through periods of not having any for a while. I feel calm, more relaxed and clearer when I sip it.

Attention Matcha Lovers!

Delicious. Bright green. Earthy , grounding , ever so slightly sweet, NO bitterness. Warm drink> cashew milk, coconut oil, drop of Starbucks Creamer, It’s a treat!! I was using organic from bulk barn, & Matcha ninja. Bulk barn, I might as well throw away now, basically taste like garbage & is a dirt green, in comparison. Matcha ninja { sweetened} I like but this is my current fave. I will reorder but I’m interested in trying one from another region, just to compare!!
