Returns
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.
Unopened Products
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $10 applies.
Opened Products
If you’re not satisfied with your matcha or hojicha, you may return opened products within 30 days for store credit. Store credit is limited to one redemption per customer. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $10 applies.
Non-Refundable Products
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:
- Bulk products (500g and above)
- Accessories
- eGift cards
- Shipping fees
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email your order number to hello@soarorganics.com and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Processing Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund or store credit will be issued and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of your confirmation email:
- Check with your payment provider
- If it’s still not resolved, contact us at hello@soarorganics.com and we’ll help investigate further
