How To Use

Best used in traditional matcha tea or super premium matcha lattes. Matcha tea instructions:

  1. Sift ½ tsp. matcha powder into bowl or cup.
  2. Pour 60ml (2oz) hot water onto the powder. For best results use water just under a boil.
  3. Whisk thoroughly until your matcha tea forms a frothy layer.
  4. Add more hot water to desired taste.

Kirishima Ceremonial Matcha

For months we have been drinking the Ugi Ceremonial Grade tea from Soar Organics. We have enjoyed it immensely. Recently we wanted to try the Kirishima Ceremonial Grade tea and surprisingly found it to be even better. It has a very creamy mouth feel with no residue. We also like that the tea is sourced from one supplier as indicated. My husband and I enjoy two cups each per day as part of our health journey.

Amazing matcha powder and an amazing Canadian brand

I decided to go for a gamble and buy the big bag, and I am so glad I did. The Kirishima matcha is perfect for lattes, not bitter at all with a light sweetness. The flavour is unlike any other matcha I've had and great value for the price. Plus I love supporting Canadian owned brands.
