Recipe

  • 1 tsp. Soar Organics Matcha
  • 1/3 cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 tsp. Reishi Mushroom Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder
  • 1 cup Cashew/Almond Milk
  • Honey (or other sweetener) to taste
  • Optional: Collagen (helps balance blood sugars)
  • Optional: Few drops of CBD oil

Directions

  1. Combine matcha, mushroom powders and hot water in a mug. Whisk together and set aside.
  2. Heat milk and honey over stovetop until well combined. (Optional: Add in your collagen and CBD).
  3. Add milk and honey to your matcha/mushroom mixture. Sip slowly and enjoy the benefits!
